Databricks is hiring a Senior Developer Advocate to lead the discourse around AI Agentic Systems and drive developer adoption. You'll leverage your expertise in Generative AI and MLOps, particularly with MLflow, to empower data scientists and AI engineers.
You are a recognized technical leader in Generative AI and MLOps with a passion for defining the future of production AI Agentic Systems. With a strong background in community building, you excel at fostering relationships between engineering teams and the global developer community. Your experience allows you to coalesce advanced research, customer learnings, and best practices into scalable, production-ready reference implementations, presentations, and demos. You have a deep understanding of AI Agentic workflows and LLMOps, with a particular focus on MLflow and Agentic System governance. You are driven to accelerate the careers of data scientists and AI engineers, making a significant impact in the field.
Experience in cultivating vibrant communities and crafting exceptional content is a plus. You are familiar with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and have a track record of driving awareness and adoption of innovative technologies. Your market knowledge positions you as a definitive technical leader in enterprise AI, and you are eager to share your insights with others.
In this role, you will take strategic ownership over developer adoption and technical discourse surrounding Agent Bricks on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will leverage your technical depth and community-building skills to drive awareness and adoption, positioning Databricks as a leader in enterprise AI. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the needs of the developer community are met, facilitating a reciprocal relationship that benefits both parties. Your role will involve creating and delivering presentations and demos that showcase the capabilities of AI Agentic Systems, helping to educate and inspire the developer community.
You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from developers and data practitioners, using this information to inform product development and improve the overall user experience. By coalescing advanced research and customer learnings, you will help create scalable, production-ready solutions that empower users to solve complex problems. Your efforts will contribute to cultivating a global community for AI Agentic workflows, ensuring that Databricks remains at the forefront of innovation in this space.
