Zoox is seeking a Mid-Level Inbound Transportation Analyst to support inbound logistics operations. You'll focus on transportation data analysis and shipment visibility while collaborating with Inventory Planners and Suppliers. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with SAP TM.
You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics operations, particularly in a production manufacturing environment. Your expertise in transportation data analysis allows you to support planning and ensure shipment visibility. You have a collaborative spirit, working closely with Inventory Planners, Suppliers, and Logistics partners to ensure that transportation plans are executable and data is accurate and complete. You understand the importance of tracking shipments effectively and are comfortable supporting ad-hoc transportation needs as required. Your knowledge of customs compliance activities and experience in import and export shipments make you a valuable asset to the team.
As an Inbound Transportation Analyst at Zoox, you will play a crucial role in supporting inbound logistics operations. You will analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly. You will partner with Inventory Planners to develop transportation plans that align with production schedules and supplier readiness. Your role will involve tracking shipments through SAP Transportation Management (TM), ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will also support customs compliance activities, ensuring that all shipments meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for import and export shipments, providing support as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
