You have a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in the aesthetic or healthcare industry. Your ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships is key to your success. You are results-driven and have experience managing a sales territory effectively to meet or exceed objectives. You possess technical product knowledge and can provide expertise on procedures related to the product portfolio. You are comfortable with lead generation and have a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities within your customer base. You demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all interactions, representing Revance positively in the market.
As a Professional Aesthetic Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting Revance's product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within your designated geographical area. You will strategically manage your territory to meet or exceed sales objectives, ensuring effective customer relations and market penetration. Your role will involve lead generation through direct contact with customers, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, and delivering sales results according to assigned quarterly goals. You will also provide valuable market insights back to sales and marketing management, ensuring accurate reporting and management of your territory. Active participation in sales meetings and collaboration with the Regional Sales Director will be essential to your success.
Revance offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $100,000 annually, along with uncapped commission potential. The final salary will depend on various factors, including experience and education.
