Overview

Microsoft is hiring a Senior Hardware Program Manager to lead the development and optimization of cloud infrastructure hardware. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in hardware program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex hardware projects on time and within budget. Your background includes working closely with engineering teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to drive decision-making and improve processes.

You are results-driven and have a passion for customer-focused solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams allows you to navigate challenges and foster collaboration. You are intellectually curious and stay updated on industry trends, which helps you envision and implement innovative technical solutions.

Your experience includes managing hardware manufacturing processes, improving planning, quality, delivery, and sustainability. You understand the importance of operational measures of success and are committed to achieving high efficiency in hardware development.

Desirable

Experience in cloud infrastructure or data center operations is a plus. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior Hardware Program Manager at Microsoft, you will lead the planning and execution of hardware development projects that support the company's cloud infrastructure.
