Replit is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You'll work closely with the FP&A team to build financial models and analyze business performance. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career.

In this role, you will support the financial planning and budgeting processes, including the development of annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts. You will assist in managing headcount planning and workforce analytics, tracking hiring plans against budget and analyzing department-level staffing trends. You will play a key role in the monthly financial close and reporting process, delivering insights on revenue, expenses, and key business metrics to leadership. You will build and maintain financial models for budgeting, headcount scenarios, and operational expense analysis. Additionally, you will partner with department heads to track spending against budget and identify opportunities for cost optimization. You will also support infrastructure and compute spend analysis, collaborating with the Engineering team to monitor cloud costs and efficiency metrics. Your work will provide valuable insights that help drive key business decisions across the company.
