In this role, you will define and evolve foundational architectures for the Remote Assistance platform, focusing on real-time data ingestion and operator workflow support. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams across the Autonomous Mobility & Delivery division to align RA capabilities with broader autonomy and rider experience priorities.
You will take ownership of major technical domains, ensuring that the RA platform can scale across multiple autonomy partners and operational models. Your leadership will drive architectural initiatives that prepare the platform for future growth and integration.
You will work directly with external autonomy companies to negotiate technical interfaces and guide joint solutions that improve the safety and clarity of autonomous operations. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will be vital in these collaborations.
