Experience with Windchill or similar platforms is a plus, as is a background in life sciences or AI-driven solutions. What you'll do

You will design and implement onboarding experiences that are tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Windchill platform. Your role will involve configuring solutions that align with customer workflows and driving immediate value from the product.

You will work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and translate these into actionable product setups. This will involve conducting needs assessments, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the platform. You will also gather feedback from customers to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall customer experience.
