Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to excel as an Airbrush Technician. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for color matching, ensuring that every vehicle you work on meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

As an Auto Airbrush Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for color-matching and mixing paint to ensure that every vehicle is finished to perfection. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality and appearance of the vehicles we sell. Your role will involve airbrushing vehicles, requiring precision and skill to achieve the desired results. You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career within the company. Your commitment to teamwork and quality will play a crucial role in helping Carvana maintain its reputation as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.
