Operations Excellence Engineer (w/m/d/x)

Who you are

You have a degree in a relevant field and experience in improvement projects — you understand how to analyze processes and implement effective solutions. You are proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, and Tableau, which you use to drive data-driven decisions. Your strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You are a team player who collaborates across departments, including management, to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and skills through training and coaching, helping others to adopt best practices in process optimization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and support Yellow and Green-Belt projects within the production environment, focusing on improving key operational metrics sustainably. You will take responsibility for change initiatives, from the introduction of new processes and technologies to their successful integration across the organization. You will plan, manage, and accompany projects in the area of Operational Excellence, ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and reporting of progress. You will document best practices, process improvements, and lessons learned, regularly reporting successes to management. Your role will also involve setting clear standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement based on the principles of 'Standard Work' and proven methodologies.
