You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in the payments industry. Your analytical skills are complemented by a familiarity with financial modeling for services, including project P&L, utilization, and revenue recognition. You possess an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality and thrive in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments. You are adaptable and flexible, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. Your experience working with cross-functional teams will help you drive business changes related to tooling, processes, and policies effectively.
Experience with Certinia is a plus, as is a proven track record of enhancing productivity in a professional services context. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
As a member of the Global Professional Services Strategy and Operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the Professional Services engagement lifecycle. You will work closely with implementation consultants and engineers to support enterprise and large digital native customers. Your responsibilities will include driving business changes related to tooling, processes, and policies, facilitating incremental improvements in productivity, and helping the Professional Services team deliver solutions that enhance Stripe's revenue. You will analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that align with the company's mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
