What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and execute transformation projects within the mortgage operations at SoFi. You will define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Credit, and Operations teams to gather comprehensive business requirements and document them effectively. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving service improvements and achieving industry-leading turn times during periods of high growth.

You will also be responsible for analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for optimization. By implementing best practices and innovative solutions, you will enhance the member experience and streamline operations.
