Overview

Google is seeking a Measurement Implementation Expert to implement and measure digital advertising campaigns. You'll work with SQL and Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for clients. This role requires 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing solutions. Your expertise includes implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns while providing client solutions. You excel at translating quantitative data into actionable insights, and you have experience with SQL or scripts, building data models, or analytic dashboards to pull insights from data sets. You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling you to collaborate effectively with local clients and regional partners.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and certification in Analytics and digital advertising measurement. You have 8 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations. You are capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player, and you thrive in fast-moving environments with effective time-management skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing measurement solutions for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring that clients receive the most effective support and technical services across Google's Ad products stack. You will analyze data to design measurement studies, model results, and conduct ROI analysis on broader media plans. Your insights will help inform the right channel strategy by analyzing attribute lift across channels. You will partner with Account Executives and Media Effectiveness teams to interpret measurement results for clients, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption for key solutions and grow investment.

You will also provide consultative support for large customers, guiding them through complex technical and measurement solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work with various stakeholders to ensure that clients are maximizing their advertising investments. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and measurement, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide the best solutions for clients.
