Job Description

Are you a customer experience enthusiast who thrives on creating innovative solutions? Join our team and help us create a new shopping experience in Japan!

The Sr. Product Manager is primarily responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of high-quality service providers to offer a comprehensive suite of installation and support services for our heavy bulky (HB) and complex products, ranging from air conditioner to Amazon Echo. Service providers are the key enablers for the shopping experience of HB products on Amazon. In this role, you will lead the expansion of Amazon's service capability. As a strategic leader, you will shape the long-term vision and execution roadmap for enhancing the end-to-end customer experience across our Heavy Bulky and complex product categories.

The ideal candidate has solid business development and product management experience with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to invent a new customer experience from the ground up, work in the truly Day1 environment, and lead cross-functional project.

Key job responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer pain points and business opportunities, drawing insights from various data sources
- Engage third party service providers to meet the high bar of customer expectation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global partners and internal stakeholders to align on the priorities
- Use reporting and analytics to generate insights that unlock differentiated customer experiences
