You are an experienced HubSpot Administrator with a strong background in configuring and managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hubs. You thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment and enjoy building clean systems that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in automating manual processes and integrating various tools makes you a valuable asset to any team. You have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about optimizing data flows to support go-to-market strategies.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex integrations between HubSpot and other platforms such as JIRA and Slack. Your ability to build workflows, lead scoring models, custom properties, and dashboards empowers teams to operate more effectively. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to helping your organization scale smarter.

You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in a remote work setting.
