Who you are

You have extensive experience in building and owning Conversational GenAI models over multiple years, demonstrating a strong understanding of product and operational metrics and what it takes to improve them. Your background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role. You are highly motivated and possess a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.

You have a proven track record in designing, developing, and productionizing Conversational GenAI solutions, particularly in the context of customer support engineering. Your expertise spans generative AI algorithms, agentic AI design at scale, and natural language processing (NLP) for query understanding and ranking responses. You are adept at utilizing distillation techniques and other advanced methodologies to optimize AI systems.

Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to design and analyze experiments using a combination of data analysis and statistical analysis. You lead your team to reasonable inferences based on data-driven insights, ensuring that your solutions are both effective and efficient. You are also skilled in reviewing code and designs of teammates, providing constructive feedback that fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.

As a technical leader, you mentor and guide engineers, helping them grow in their roles and enhancing the overall capabilities of your team.
