What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Varicent Incentives platform, a single-page web application designed to optimize revenue performance for our clients. You will develop and refine features that directly support client success, ensuring that the solutions we provide are not only functional but also user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and data scientists to build modern, scalable features that enhance the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing RESTful APIs, optimizing existing code for performance, and participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, ensuring that our systems remain reliable and efficient.
