Five9 is seeking a Salesforce CPQ & NPI Specialist to drive the New Product Introduction process within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage integrations with DocuSign CLM. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce, particularly with CPQ and New Product Introduction processes. Your strong technical systems background allows you to navigate complex integrations and configurations effectively. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams such as GTM, Sales Operations, and Legal to ensure compliance and alignment with business standards. Your attention to detail ensures that all product setups, pricing rules, and related documentation are accurate and timely.

In this role, you will own and drive the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process within Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. This includes ensuring the timely and accurate setup of new products, pricing, and related rules. You will collaborate closely with the GTM, Sales Operations, and Legal teams to gather requirements and define product and pricing structures. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and maintaining product catalogs, pricing rules, bundles, and guided selling flows in Salesforce CPQ.
You will also manage and implement changes to DocuSign CLM exhibits and agreements as required for new product launches. Your role will involve documenting and tracking all NPI activities to ensure compliance with business and legal standards. You will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency within the NPI process, contributing to the overall success of Five9's product offerings.
