What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the materials management team within the distribution center. You will lead a multi-level organization, providing guidance and support to both hourly and salaried employees. Your responsibilities will include approving timecards, scheduling, and conducting periodic reviews to assess team performance. You will also be tasked with setting operational targets and objectives, ensuring that the distribution center meets its goals consistently. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you will identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices to optimize operations.
