PagerDuty is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth within Enterprise accounts. You'll leverage your consultative sales approach and experience with SaaS products to manage a pipeline of new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a knack for engaging tech-savvy audiences.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in selling SaaS products to Enterprise accounts — your consultative approach has enabled you to build strong relationships and drive significant sales growth. With 5+ years of experience in a sales role, you understand the nuances of engaging with a tech-savvy audience and can effectively communicate complex solutions. You thrive in a high-performance sales culture, demonstrating the ability to manage a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities while aligning with various stakeholders within your accounts. Your customer-centric mindset ensures that you prioritize the needs of your clients, fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
Experience with Global 2000 accounts is a plus, as is familiarity with digital operations management solutions. You are comfortable navigating multi-product catalogs and can articulate the value of integrated solutions to diverse audiences. A background in technology sales will help you excel in this role, as you will need to understand and convey the benefits of PagerDuty's operations cloud story.
In this role, you will report to a Regional Sales Director and be responsible for managing a territory that includes strategic Global 2000 accounts. Your primary focus will be on expanding existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning PagerDuty's solutions with the needs of various stakeholders. You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position PagerDuty effectively in the market.
