Overview

NICE is seeking a Lead Partner Success Manager for Transformation & Adoption to lead partner-led customer transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with Global System Integrators to design and deploy next-generation customer experiences. This role requires strong organizational and consulting skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing partner success initiatives, ideally with experience in customer transformation and adoption. Your ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is key to driving continuous improvement and achieving tangible outcomes. You are highly organized and client-centric, capable of navigating complex environments with ease. You thrive in a hands-on, delivery-oriented role and possess a strong consulting mindset, enabling you to bring structure to ambiguity and drive clarity and momentum in projects.

Desirable

Experience in leading transformation initiatives within technology or consulting environments is a plus. Familiarity with customer experience (CX) strategies and AI-driven solutions will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a knack for fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end partner-led customer transformation initiatives, helping Global System Integrators and partners design, deploy, and scale innovative customer experiences. You will define clear outcomes and value propositions for each initiative, ensuring that partners are equipped to deliver measurable business results. Your responsibilities will include operating across strategy, operating model design, solution adoption, and deployment enablement. You will work closely with partners to identify opportunities for improvement and drive the adoption of new solutions.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and external partners. You will monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
