What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at SpaceX, you will run a full desk, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You will meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, and hiring strategies, acting as a partner rather than just an order taker. Your responsibilities will include screening candidates who apply to requisitions and sourcing candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. You will discuss candidates with your client groups, providing insights and feedback based on your assessments. You will also be responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, allowing you to continuously improve your approach. You will also participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote SpaceX as an employer of choice, showcasing the exciting opportunities available within the company.
