What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer on the Stablecoin Ecosystem team, you will be responsible for evaluating the APIs of external partners and integrating them with Coinbase's internal systems. This integration is crucial for enabling the operations of stablecoins, and your technical expertise will play a key role in ensuring seamless functionality. You will work closely with product managers and other engineers to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of the business and its users.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the backend systems, ensuring they are robust and scalable. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, as well as optimizing existing systems for performance and reliability. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
