Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with a focus on user growth, acquisition, activation, and retention. You understand the importance of data-driven strategies and have a knack for translating complex technical requirements into actionable growth initiatives. Your experience includes working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and marketers, to identify and seize growth opportunities. You are comfortable designing and executing A/B tests to optimize user onboarding and feature adoption, ensuring that the product experience is seamless and engaging for users. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the mission of building beneficial AI systems. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and you enjoy mentoring junior engineers as they grow in their careers.

Desirable

Experience with monetization strategies or working on ads would be a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies or tools is also beneficial, as it aligns with our mission to create reliable and interpretable AI systems. What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and translate them into technical requirements that can be executed effectively. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing A/B tests and experiments to optimize user onboarding, feature adoption, and subscription conversion. You will analyze data to inform your decisions and iterate on strategies to maximize user engagement and satisfaction. You will also contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, helping to shape how we approach user acquisition and retention in the context of our mission to build beneficial AI systems.
