Samsara is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales of IoT solutions to mid-sized customers. You'll engage with executives and manage complex sales processes. This role requires experience in sales and a strong understanding of customer needs.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in engaging with mid-sized customers and understanding their unique needs. You thrive in a role that requires building relationships with multiple stakeholders, including executives and CXOs. Your experience includes managing trials and negotiations, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of IoT solutions to potential clients. You are comfortable working remotely and can adapt your schedule to align with EST/CST time zones. You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of industries that are critical to the global economy.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Samsara's IoT solutions to mid-market customers. You will engage with potential clients, conducting presentations and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of sensor data. Your typical sales will range from $20k to $100k, requiring you to manage complex sales processes that involve proof of concepts and negotiations with multiple stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that you have the necessary resources to succeed in your sales efforts. Additionally, you will be expected to travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
