Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Returns Optimization to lead the transformation of the returns supply chain. You'll create innovative solutions to enhance customer returns processes. This role requires strong strategic and operational skills.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on supply chain or operations. You are skilled in developing and executing strategies that drive efficiency and innovation. Your background includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about sustainability and customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. A background in sustainability initiatives or supply chain optimization would be beneficial. You are comfortable working with data analytics tools and have a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution for Amazon's direct-to-disposition program, focusing on transforming the returns supply chain. You will collaborate with product managers, program managers, software developers, and vendor managers to create innovative solutions that streamline the returns process. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new partners and ensuring that the solutions you develop align with Amazon's sustainability goals. You will have end-to-end visibility across the return supply chain, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of your initiatives and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive progress.
