  • Partner with global HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Development) to align on local needs

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and practices across supported geographies. Guide Talent Operations on local requirements.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal moves, exits) with care and consistency
  • Lead or support local policy development and implementation
  • Manage employee relations cases with fairness, discretion, and empathy

Programs & Projects

  • Support or lead people programs such as performance management, recognition, DEI, well-being, and culture-building initiatives

  • Analyse engagement and retention data to identify themes and actions

Who You Are:

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Known for your ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and get things done
  • Emotionally intelligent, culturally aware, and driven by impact

Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech or SaaS environments
  • Solid knowledge of US employment law; experience supporting Canada and/or Costa Rica is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus

What We Offer:

  • A purpose-driven culture that values openness, growth, and belonging
  • Attractive compensation and benefits
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, wellness, and generous time-off
  • A chance to truly shape how we build a great place to work across the Americas
