What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects. You will create project plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely completion of initiatives. You will represent the needs and interests of the Case Management department in company-wide initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving collaboration across teams. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions that shape the direction of projects. You will also be involved in the implementation of new processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $129,150 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
