Rubrik is seeking a Talent Ambassador for a 6-month contract to assist the Recruiting team in providing an exceptional candidate experience. You'll work closely with talent partners and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. This role is ideal for those with 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience.
You have 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, where you've developed a keen understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of candidate experience. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to connect effectively with people at all levels, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for candidates. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and requests during the interview process. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential, and familiarity with tools like Greenhouse and GoodTime is a plus. You are proactive in implementing process improvement initiatives, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency in talent coordination.
As a Talent Ambassador at Rubrik, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Recruiting team by greeting onsite interview candidates and ensuring they have an excellent experience throughout the interview process. You will support the Engineering interview certification process by incorporating interview shadowers, tracking interviewer progress through training paths, and logging their development throughout the certification process. Scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews will be a key responsibility, as well as managing all candidate and interviewer requests during the interview process. You will be challenged to think creatively about how to streamline the talent coordination process, making a significant impact on the overall recruitment experience.
