What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of MongoDB's Application Modernization Platform, working to modernize customer legacy applications. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to design and implement solutions that migrate Java-based applications to a cloud-based architecture powered by MongoDB. Your responsibilities will include innovating on GenAI-based solutions to address specific challenges faced by customers, ensuring that the delivery process is efficient and effective. You will engage with enterprise clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that expedite their time to value. Additionally, you will participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
