What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Mobile Software Engineer at Earnin, you will lead the design and development of mobile applications that provide users with access to their earnings in real-time — your contributions will directly impact how people manage their finances. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications that guide development.

You will take ownership of the mobile architecture, ensuring that it is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices — your leadership will help shape the technical direction of the mobile team. You will also be responsible for code reviews, ensuring that the quality of the codebase meets the high standards expected at Earnin.

You will work closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into actionable development tasks — your insights will help prioritize features that deliver the most value to users. You will also engage with designers to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

In addition to development, you will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support as they grow in their roles — you will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
