You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and systems to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your experience with SQL helps you manage and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that compliance reports are accurate and timely. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Your understanding of trading operations and market regulations gives you a unique perspective on the compliance landscape. You are familiar with various regulatory bodies and their requirements, including SEC, FSA, and FINRA. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve systems that monitor trading activities in real-time. Your work will involve processing large datasets to ensure compliance with trading venue regulations and generating regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions. You will automate end-to-end compliance processes, detecting prohibited trading behaviors and adapting controls to evolving rules and guidelines.

You will collaborate with traders and compliance officers to understand their needs and develop solutions that support market participation while managing operational risk effectively. Your ability to quickly troubleshoot and fix production issues will be crucial in maintaining system integrity and compliance.
