Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading customer training or onboarding teams, with a focus on maximizing customer adoption and satisfaction. Your experience includes developing structured training methodologies tailored to different customer needs, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes efficiently. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including Vertical Experts and team members across different tiers. You are adept at analyzing onboarding metrics and continuously refining processes to enhance customer experiences. Your leadership style fosters a supportive environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Customer Training team, managing individual contributors across various tiers. You will own the Time-to-Value and onboarding satisfaction metrics, ensuring that new customers receive the support they need to achieve success with our AI companion. You will partner with Vertical Experts to define customer personas and tailor training programs accordingly. Your responsibilities will include designing and enforcing structured onboarding methodologies, differentiating between basic and premium packages to meet diverse customer needs. You will also work closely with the Engagement Team to refine vertical-specific rollout playbooks, ensuring a scalable delivery model that can adapt to the growing customer base. Your role will involve regular assessments of team performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in training processes.
