What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Crypto Operations, Risk, you will be at the forefront of shaping the risk management strategy for Robinhood's crypto business. You will set the operating model and execution roadmap for enterprise risk management, ensuring that all aspects of the crypto operations are aligned with the company's mission to democratize finance. Your role will involve defining the risk appetite and implementing governance frameworks that support the responsible scaling of crypto operations globally.

You will lead the development and maturation of core risk programs, including Risk Appetite & Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Enterprise and Product Risk Assessments, and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs). Your expertise will be crucial in managing issue resolution and ensuring enterprise resilience, allowing the organization to navigate challenges effectively.

Collaboration will be key in this role — you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide risk management expertise and ensure that all products and operations meet regulatory standards.
