What you'll do

As the Energy Strategy Director - On-Site Generation, you will own Rowan’s gas infrastructure strategy, focusing on delivering scalable and cost-effective fuel supply for data center power generation. You will drive the long-term energy resilience strategy, shaping innovative solutions that align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that energy strategies are integrated into the overall business model.

You will lead negotiations for firm transportation agreements and gas supply contracts, ensuring that Rowan secures reliable energy sources for its data centers. Your strategic vision will guide the development of partnerships with local gas distribution and energy providers, fostering relationships that enhance Rowan's operational capabilities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes that impact energy strategies. By staying informed, you will ensure that Rowan remains at the forefront of energy innovation and sustainability. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to implement energy solutions that meet the evolving needs of hyperscale customers.
