Klaviyo is seeking a Technology Partner Manager, At Scale to support and grow hospitality partnerships. You'll manage preferred technology partners and drive integration adoption. This role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with various teams.

Who you are

You have a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of technology partnerships, particularly in the hospitality sector. You are adept at managing relationships with preferred technology partners and have a track record of driving integration adoption and influencing partner roadmaps. Your experience allows you to effectively execute joint go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to achieve shared goals.

You possess a blend of technical depth and operational execution skills, enabling you to shape how partners build and evolve integrations with Klaviyo. You are proactive in monitoring integration performance, identifying blockers, and driving cross-functional resolution. Your ability to translate partner technical needs into clear internal product and support requirements is a key strength.

You are comfortable navigating complex partner ecosystems and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that integration quality and functionality meet the highest standards. You understand the importance of activation, usage, and depth in achieving integration adoption targets and are committed to continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with integration technologies and strategies. You are open to learning and adapting to new challenges, and you appreciate diverse perspectives in the workplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own integration adoption targets for assigned partners, focusing on activation, usage, and depth. You will partner with product teams to enhance integration quality and expand functionality, ensuring that our partners have the tools they need to succeed. Monitoring integration performance will be a key responsibility, as you will identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Your strategic mindset will help shape how partners build and evolve integrations with Klaviyo, accelerating usage across shared customers. You will act as a strategic operator, influencing partner roadmaps and ensuring alignment with Klaviyo's goals.

Your role will involve translating partner technical needs into clear internal product and support requirements, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams. You will be responsible for driving integration adoption and ensuring that our partners are equipped to leverage Klaviyo's capabilities to their fullest potential.
