Outreach is seeking a Senior Account Executive for their Mid-Market team to manage full deal cycles and drive customer engagement. This role requires expertise in sales methodologies and a strong understanding of customer needs.
You have 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in managing full deal cycles and engaging with mid-market clients. You are adept at identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers, and you understand the importance of building effective pipeline coverage to achieve sales targets. Your ability to communicate with high-level executives such as CROs, COOs, and CEOs sets you apart as a trusted advisor. You enjoy learning about new sales trends and methodologies, and you actively seek out opportunities for professional growth through industry events and research.
You are a product expert and ambassador for Outreach, capable of articulating the value of the Outreach Sales Execution Platform to potential customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with your go-to-market team to navigate proof of concept demos and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your strong analytical skills help you track key performance indicators, including quota attainment and forecast accuracy, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance your sales strategy.
Experience in a technology-driven sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven sales tools. You are comfortable using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to optimize your workflow and improve customer engagement. A background in working with global organizations will also be beneficial as you navigate diverse customer needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full deal cycle from generating opportunities to closing prospective customers, specifically targeting organizations with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. You will identify and qualify potential new customers in your assigned territory, ensuring that you build a robust pipeline to meet your sales goals. Your expertise in sales methodologies will enable you to create and close pipeline effectively, leveraging the Outreach platform to automate workflows and enhance customer interactions.
You will partner with other members of the go-to-market team, such as Solution Consultants, to successfully navigate proof of concept demos to prospective clients. Your primary points of contact will be high-level executives, and you will need to build deep knowledge of their goals and pain points to provide tailored solutions. You will track your performance against key performance indicators, focusing on quota attainment, pipeline generation, and forecast quality.
