You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in outbound sales activities, and understand the nuances of managing the full sales cycle. With strong communication skills, you can effectively engage leads through proactive outreach, whether via email or phone. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with teams to drive growth and expand market reach. Your results-oriented mindset ensures that you are always focused on achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You are passionate about building relationships and understand the importance of human connection in business.

Experience in the tech or community-building sector is a plus, as it will help you relate to Posh's mission and the needs of potential clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business for Posh by engaging with potential clients and managing the sales process from start to finish. You will proactively reach out to leads, utilizing various communication channels to introduce Posh's platform and its benefits. Collaborating with the Community and Rev Ops teams, you will also engage warm inbound opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to conversion. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Posh's reach across new markets and verticals, helping to grow the platform and its user base.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging event organizers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Posh can help them build and monetize their communities. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of Posh's platform will be key in closing deals and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will also track your sales activities and results, providing insights to the team to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
