Samsara is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to empower sellers and enhance customer value. This remote position requires a focus on enablement support as the company continues to launch new solutions.
You have a strong background in sales enablement and understand the importance of empowering sales teams to meet and exceed revenue expectations. Your experience includes developing training programs and resources that enhance the effectiveness of sales representatives. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales strategies align with product offerings and market needs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make informed decisions. Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools that enhance sales performance will set you apart. You will also gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and enhance enablement resources. By fostering a culture of learning and development, you will play a key role in driving sales success and customer satisfaction.
