Turing is seeking a Client Director to lead the development and execution of large-scale LLM training programs. You'll partner with leading LLM labs to enhance model capabilities and performance. This role requires extensive experience in operational leadership and performance management.
You are a seasoned techno-functional leader with a proven track record in operational leadership and performance management. You have experience leading large teams, ideally in the AI or data domain, and understand the intricacies of building training datasets for large language models. Your ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven performance management systems sets you apart. You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and are excited about the potential of AI to transform industries.
Experience in AI or machine learning environments is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges of scaling global delivery teams. You have a strong understanding of client needs and can translate those into actionable strategies that drive results. Your leadership style encourages collaboration and innovation, and you thrive in environments that require adaptability and strategic thinking.
In this role, you will lead and scale global delivery teams of over 100 members, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will partner with clients, particularly leading LLM labs, to identify opportunities for building high-quality training datasets that enhance model capabilities. Your responsibilities will include generating these datasets quickly and accurately, as well as developing automation tools and processes to ensure scalability. You will also be responsible for delivering datasets in a manner that is easily usable by clients, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and speed.
You will implement performance management systems that go beyond traditional reporting, utilizing data to drive insights and improvements. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and excellence within your teams, encouraging them to strive for high performance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and you will be a key player in driving the strategic direction of the organization.
