What you'll do

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure that our technology solutions are aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include turning loosely defined business problems into clear technical solutions, owning them from inception to deployment. You will balance quick wins with long-term improvements, ensuring that our systems remain robust and future-ready. Mentoring other engineers through pair programming and code reviews will be a key part of your role, as you help shape the future of our CRM and data platform. You will also explore how we can leverage automation and AI to enhance our customer engagement strategies.
