What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical direction of the Account Abstractions team, which is responsible for the representation of end-user identity across all Stripe products. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders across Stripe to drive cross-cutting product delivery and ensure alignment with the company's ambitious product roadmap goals. You will define the technical vision and strategy for the team, guiding the development of user-facing APIs that interoperate seamlessly across the Stripe product suite. Your leadership will be crucial in unlocking platform functionality that fundamentally shifts how Stripe products work together, particularly in expanding networked onboarding across products. You will also be responsible for mentoring and empowering your team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Your ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly will be essential in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the development process.
