SpaceX is seeking an Account Manager for their State & Local Government team to manage enterprise contracts and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive revenue and customer happiness.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the state and local government sector, and understand the nuances of managing enterprise contracts. Your experience includes developing and leading teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue realization. You are adept at building relationships with enterprise customers and have a knack for identifying new business opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to meet customer needs and fulfill contract commitments. You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving a culture of customer happiness within your team. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Account Management team, focusing on delighting Starlink enterprise customers. You will oversee the management of enterprise contracts, ensuring that all terms are fulfilled while actively seeking new opportunities to generate business. Your responsibilities will include driving a culture that maximizes customer happiness while minimizing the input required from your team. You will work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure successful activation of services and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the contract lifecycle. You will also play a key role in ensuring that the commitments made to customers are realistic and achievable, contributing to the overall success of the Starlink initiative.
