Coupang is hiring a Safety Manager to oversee EHS-related tasks at their logistics camp in Seoul. You'll be responsible for accident prevention, safety training, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a safety-related field and at least 3 years of experience in safety management.
You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a safety-related field and possess the necessary qualifications to be a certified safety manager. With over three years of experience in safety management, you have a solid understanding of safety regulations and practices. Your background may include experience in logistics, manufacturing, or construction safety management, which gives you a comprehensive perspective on workplace safety. You are proactive in identifying potential hazards and implementing effective safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. You are also skilled in conducting safety training and educating staff on best practices to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
In this role, you will develop and implement safety training programs tailored to the needs of the logistics camp staff. You will conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include investigating incidents and accidents, analyzing their causes, and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. You will also facilitate safety committee meetings and collaborate with management to establish safety policies and procedures.
