As the General Manager, you will take full P&L responsibility for Wheely's operations in London, a market that is critical to the company's growth strategy. You will oversee the offline product, focusing on pricing, availability, and fleet composition to optimize service delivery. Your role involves managing four local teams, including Driver Operations, Quality & Training, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that each team is equipped to meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for expansion and partnerships that align with Wheely's strategic objectives. Collaboration with the central Product team will be essential as you work to enhance both the passenger and chauffeur experience. You will also navigate London's complex licensing environment, developing regulatory strategies that ensure compliance while promoting business growth. Your external representation will involve engaging with the press, forming partnerships, and building relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Wheely's brand presence in the market.
