You have experience in a fulfillment or production environment, demonstrating strong leadership skills as you coordinate activities and guide team members on the production line. You understand the importance of safety, GMP, and SQF policies, and you are committed to enforcing these standards while fostering a positive work environment. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with co-workers and management, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed about their tasks. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are dedicated to continuous development in all aspects of your role. You are comfortable using computers for data entry and tracking production numbers, showcasing your ability to adapt to technology in the workplace.

What you'll do

As a Lead Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of your team to ensure maximum productivity on the production line. You will work closely with your team, stepping in as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency. Your role includes coaching employees on how to perform their tasks correctly, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area, following prescribed safety regulations, and reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance team or your supervisor. Additionally, you will track line counts and update production numbers in the computer system, ensuring accurate reporting and accountability. Your leadership will help create a supportive environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to the success of HelloFresh.
