Overview

Vibe is seeking an Account Manager to ensure the success of enterprise clients through effective campaign management and strategic account growth. You'll analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to drive revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record as an Account Manager, with experience in managing enterprise clients and driving campaign success. Your analytical skills allow you to dive deep into performance data, identifying trends and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to confidently explain campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to clients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently while managing your portfolio with minimal supervision. Problem-solving is second nature to you, and you are technically savvy, capable of investigating platform bugs and identifying solutions to complex issues.

Desirable

Experience in programmatic advertising or digital marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools. A background in client-facing roles will enhance your ability to serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through effective campaign management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns for our enterprise clients. Your mission is to ensure the success of these campaigns by analyzing performance data, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing tailored strategies that align with our clients' goals. You will proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts, expanding budgets and increasing usage to drive revenue in alignment with Vibe's broader business targets. You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Your daily objectives will include maintaining performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
