Production Associate

Who you are

You are a respectful and positive individual who communicates ideas clearly and with tact. You must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are willing and able to work the entire schedule as partial shifts or early/late arrivals cannot be accommodated. You have basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions. You are capable of standing for extended periods and can work in a cold prep area maintained at 35 degrees. You are able to regularly lift and move items as required.

What you'll do

As a Production Associate, you will follow guidelines for the proper assembly and production of food kit boxes on the assembly line. You will respectfully support and follow directions from all managers and supervisors regarding line performance. It is your responsibility to ensure that all actions contribute positively to the business of HelloFresh and comply with company policies. You will report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance team or your supervisor. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment while adhering to prescribed safety regulations. Occasionally, you may be required to prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups as needed.
