WorkWave is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to coordinate pricing, quoting, and commercial structuring activities. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, leveraging your expertise in SaaS pricing models. This role requires strong commercial acumen and deal execution experience.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business operations, particularly in managing deal desk functions — your experience includes coordinating pricing and commercial structuring activities across various teams. You possess deep familiarity with SaaS pricing models and deal execution workflows, which allows you to navigate complex pricing scenarios effectively.

Your commercial acumen is evident in your ability to align pricing strategies with business objectives — you understand the nuances of bundling products and ensuring compliance with company standards. You have a proven track record of driving productive communication with sales teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the deal process.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure a consistent and scalable commercial process — your ability to manage workflows and define clear SLAs is key to your success. You are results-driven and strategic, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise deal modeling is a plus, as it complements your existing skills in pricing and quoting. Familiarity with global selling regions and their unique challenges will further enhance your ability to support the organization as it expands its multi-product solutions.

What you'll do

As the Deal Desk Manager at WorkWave, you will serve as the primary partner to various departments, ensuring that all pricing and quoting activities are executed smoothly — your role is critical in structuring deals that meet business objectives and conform to company standards. You will manage the Deal Desk team, driving effective communication and collaboration across global sales teams.

You will oversee the approval process for deals, ensuring that they progress efficiently and align with pricing guidelines — your strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities for improvement in the commercial process. You will also be responsible for coordinating pricing strategies and managing bundling efforts to maximize revenue potential.

In addition to hands-on deal execution, you will implement structured meeting cadences and clear workflows to facilitate communication and support across teams — your leadership will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment where all team members feel empowered to contribute.
