Cyberhaven is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive partner acquisition and regional scale through distributors and resellers. You'll define and execute a European channel recruitment strategy while managing high-performing channel partners. This role requires strong experience in building distributor-led channel ecosystems.
You have a strong understanding of the channel business and how to grow and manage a region. With experience in building distributor-led channel ecosystems across Europe, you are adept at working closely with local and regional resellers to accelerate market coverage, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. You are driven to help customers protect their most valuable information and are committed to creating a diverse environment.
In this role, you will evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies with the channel community. You will manage a portfolio of high-performing channel partners to achieve partnership goals, including sales objectives and marketing activities. As the subject matter expert for all partner-related activity within your sales regions, you will serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Cyberhaven sales team. You will develop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues, and set clear expectations with partners on working with Cyberhaven. Additionally, you will develop partner-specific account plans that include annual and quarterly goals, marketing support, and requirements. You will adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures while measuring and reporting on the success of partners. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new partners.
