Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various automotive tasks with confidence and skill. Your background includes performing general automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are familiar with completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carrying out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering high-quality service to customers.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light to medium automotive repairs and minimal diagnostics on our vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting general automotive repairs, such as working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You will also complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers.

In addition to mechanical repairs, you will carry out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians and participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in the automotive field.

You will be expected to maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies. You will also assist in training entry-level technicians, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills as they grow within the company.
